As a therapist and an individual, I have experienced and witnessed many of life's overwhelming challenges and the strength and growth that can develop while navigating through these events. This journey can often be stressful, accompanied by anxiety and depression, it feels like the struggle will not end. You deserve to be heard and listened to. I listen deeply to you and help you learn to do the same for yourself. With the integration of various treatments I've used for more than two decades in this field, together we develop this forward movement of change and healing.
